Congress Venue
The 91st IFLA WLIC Congress will take place at EXCEL located in the heart of London, beside the London City Airport.
We’re pleased to announce that WLIC 2027 will take place at EXCEL London, one of Europe’s leading international convention centres.
EXCEL sits on the waterfront of the Royal Victoria Dock in London’s Docklands. Its large, flexible halls and modern meeting rooms are built for major international congresses, so all sessions, the exhibition and networking areas will be under one roof.

More InformationGetting there is easy:
- DLR: Custom House and Prince Regent stations both serve the venue’s entrances.
- Prince Regent station is on the east entrance of EXCEL; which will be the closest to the Registration counter and venue space booked for WLIC 2027.
- Elizabeth line: Custom House station is right at the venue, with direct trains to central London, Canary Wharf and Heathrow Airport.
- London City Airport: just a few minutes away by DLR or taxi.
